This workshop is designed to simplify and clarify key estate planning concepts, including Irrevocable Trusts, Revocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney (POAs), Trustees, and other important legal roles. Without a clear understanding, these topics can often feel complex and difficult to implement effectively.
Through clear explanations and real-life examples from families like yours, the workshop will help you better understand how these tools work together and how you may structure your own estate plan. Please note, this is an educational session—no legal documents will be created, and no attorneys will be present to provide legal services.
Instead, the goal is to prepare you for more informed and efficient conversations with the attorney you ultimately choose. By gaining this foundational knowledge in advance, you may streamline the process and potentially reduce legal fees, as less time will be needed to explain the differences between these documents.
The workshop will also address planning for long-term care needs, including an overview of hybrid insurance solutions, traditional long-term care coverage, self-insuring strategies, and available government programs. These topics naturally complement estate planning and are ideal for open discussion.
This session is interactive and designed to give you a clear understanding of your options, how they work, and how they may apply to your situation. All questions are welcome.
Seats are limited. We will contact you at your preferred method of contact to confirm your registration. If we contact you 2X and are unable to confirm your registration, you will not be considered registered for the workshop.
